RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase from Flashy Equine Pro Essentials. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unblemished, and in its original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration

• Sale items or gift cards

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
